Evidently, Inc. ("we," "us," or "Evidently") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled within the Evidently mobile application (the "App").

1. About the App

The Evidently mobile application is an enterprise clinical data intelligence tool designed for use by authorized personnel within healthcare organizations that have entered into a service agreement with Evidently. The App requires valid organizational credentials to access clinical features and data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Anonymous Telemetry (Collected Before Login)

From the moment the App starts, before you log in, we automatically collect anonymous technical telemetry to monitor app performance and stability. This includes:

This data is anonymous and is not linked to your identity. It is used exclusively to maintain app quality and diagnose technical issues.

2.2 Authenticated User Data (Collected After Login)

Once you log in with valid organizational credentials, all data collection, processing, and use is governed by the enterprise service agreement and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between Evidently and your healthcare organization, in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.

Anonymous telemetry is used exclusively to monitor app performance, diagnose crashes and errors, and improve app stability and quality.

Authenticated user data is used exclusively as defined in the applicable enterprise service agreement and BAA.

We do not use any App data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We may use trusted service providers to process telemetry data on our behalf, and they are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.

For authenticated users, data sharing is governed by the applicable enterprise service agreement and BAA.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure, including encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments. Session replays mask all text and input fields to prevent the capture of readable content. Specific security obligations for enterprise customers are detailed in the applicable service agreement and BAA.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous telemetry is retained in accordance with our data retention configuration and is automatically purged after the applicable retention period.

Authenticated user data retention is governed by the applicable enterprise service agreement and Business Associate Agreement between Evidently and your healthcare organization.

Anonymous telemetry is automatically purged at the end of the applicable retention period and cannot be linked to individual users.

Authenticated user data: To request deletion of data associated with your account, contact your organization's administrator, who can coordinate with Evidently per the terms of your organization's agreement. You may also contact us directly at support@evidently.com.

Upon termination of an enterprise service agreement, Evidently will delete or return all customer data in accordance with the terms of that agreement.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will be posted at this URL, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
